Look What I Made: Blue, Green and Purple Vintage Sheet Quilt

It seemed only right to make a blue quilt after making a pink one. It appeared logical at the time, so let’s go with it. Who needs a reason to make another blanket? Certainly not I, as you may well have gathered by now.

Vital Stats:
Finished size  – 90 x 90cm
Quilt top – 36 squares cut from vintage sheets, purchased from local thrift shops, Etsy and some swapped with fellow vintage sheet lover Thouraya
Batting – 100% cotton
Backing – A blue floral vintage sheet, given to me by Thouraya!
Quilting – Vertical and horizontal lines on both sides of the seams
Binding – 1/4 inch double fold cross-grain hand sewn binding

This one is just so soft, I love it!
