Look What I Made: Apron

I modified a pattern I had to make this reversible. It’s a present for my friend, who will receive it on Sunday. I’m thinking perhaps a pot holder to go with it? The green fabric is from Lincraft and I bought the apple fabric from Spotlight in about 2003!

Most bakers and cooks have a collection of aprons hanging on a hook somewhere in the kitchen or folded away in a cupboard. I definitely spend a lot of time in aprons, so when I spy some cute and cheerful ones I’m always interested! Two Australian websites selling aprons have caught my eye this week.

Ginger Fluff Kitchen Couture sells aprons and matching mitts, placemats and napkins. There is also a range of aprons and baking sets for kids. Adult aprons are priced at $40 – $45.
